With over 21 years of experience in the IT industry, Viren brings a unique analytical perspective to the real estate sector. After moving to Australia 15 years ago, he purchased his first property within six months of arrival, sparking a passion for real estate. In 2011, Viren unknowingly stepped into the role of a Buyer’s Agent while assisting a family in securing their home in Sydney. Since then, he has built a diverse property portfolio, including land purchases, constructing his primary place of residence (PPOR), and acquiring investment properties across multiple states in Australia.

Driven by a passion for research, data analysis, and helping others, Viren earned his Real Estate License in 2020. He began his career as an Assistant Agent, gaining invaluable experience before attaining his Full Class 1 Real Estate Agent License. Over the years, Viren has worked with first-time homebuyers, facilitated property sales, hosted open homes, and established strong relationships with clients and industry professionals. In August 2024, he transitioned into the role of a Buyer’s Agent, where he now focuses on helping clients achieve their property investment goals.
